Video Hearings service is coming to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber)

On 27 February 2023 the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) will begin using a new platform for conducting remote hearings.  From that date CVP will be replaced by the VH service.  There will be no change to the type of hearings they conduct remotely.  These will continue mostly to be case management hearings, unless there is a particular reason why all or part of a hearing should be remote.
