Kieran is a senior solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team, working in the Real Estate Litigation practice. Kieran acts in disputes concerning title conditions, lease obligations and property damage. He has experience appearing in arbitrations, the Sheriff Court and the First-Tier Tribunal (Housing and Property Chamber) and as an instructing solicitor in the Court of Session. Kieran is also a Committee Member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Property and Land Law Sub-Committee, which responds to consultations concerning changes to the law. He tutors Property, Trusts and Succession at the University of Edinburgh and is also the Cases in Brief contributor for the Property Law Bulletin. Kieran has also delivered CPD seminars on termination of leases in Scotland.
