Jo deals with contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential and agricultural land. She is an experienced litigator who provides sensible and commercial advice on the resolution of disputes. Jo advises on commercial landlord and tenant disputes such as lease renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations, breaches of covenant and forfeiture, and service charge disputes. Jo brings experience in a wide range of issues affecting property such as adverse possession, trespass and interference with rights over land, boundary disputes, lease interpretation, and nuisance. Jo also advises on residential property issues such as lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, and landlord and tenant disputes.
