Hannah has experience in County Court and High Court litigation, mediation, proceedings in the First-tier Tribunal and both contentious and non-contentious dispute resolution. Hannah also has a property litigation practice which includes advising on lease disputes and interpretation, service charge challenges and fire and building safety matters. Hannah advises on obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022, including service charge restrictions and potential recovery via supplementary regulations, as well as responsibilities in respect of fire doors. Hannah has also led on large scale projects for building owners and landlords in relation to the identification and obligations of duty holders under the Building Safety Act 2022 for higher risk building portfolios. She has also assisted with group action and evacuation matters relating to fire and/or building safety issues.
