Take Notice - a joint PLA/PBA panel event
Contractual and statutory requirements for the giving of notices regularly involve difficult points of law and lead to disputes across the full range of our property law practices. This panel event will involve a broad discussion facilitated by the Chair, Rebecca Campbell, BCLP covering recent trends and developments following changing economic conditions and market demands as well as specific issues emerging from recent case law. The discussion will identify and debate issues relating to notices in both residential and commercial contexts, with each member of the panel giving their specific experiences and perspectives.
The panel:
Justin Bates KC, Landmark Chambers
Emer Murphy, Wilberforce Chambers
Richard Cressall, Shoosmiths
Kate Andrews, Hamlins
Registration from 5.30pm for a prompt 6pm start. The panel discussion will finish at 7pm and be followed by networking drinks.
