PLA South Coast Region Seminar – Dilapidations Update, Cladding Issues and Forfeiture Tips by Gatehouse Chambers

The first in person seminar for the South Coast region in three years and just in time to help with those all-important CPD points needed by the end of October. Four barristers from Gatehouse Chambers will be travelling to Southampton to provide a lunch time seminar at Paris Smith LLP’s offices.

John de Waal KC, Gemma de Cordova, John Clargo, from Gatehouse Chambers will be providing an update on dilapidations, covering common problems including cladding issues, vacant possession and the scope of s18.
