PLA North: Trinity Chambers Seminar

Join the PLA North for their seminar with Trinity Chambers.

Programme

• Simon Goldberg KC - Establishing ground (f) after Franses v Cavendish.
• Seth Kitson - Injunctions to demolish: the LA’s enforcement options (and how to deal with them) under the BA 1984: North Northamptonshire Council v Michigan Construction LTD; and
• Abigail Cheetham - Jervis v Harris [1995] EWCA Civ 9 and a landlord’s repairing obligations.

Registration is from 5pm for a 5.30pm prompt start. The seminar will finish around 7pm and be followed by networking drinks.
