PLA North: Gatehouse Chambers Seminar

Join the PLA North and Monty Palfrey and Jamal Damachkie from Gatehouse Chambers for a seminar covering:

  1. Applications to the First Tier Tribunal under s.168 of Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (for findings as to breaches of covenant)
  2. Waiver of forfeiture 

Registration will be at 5pm for a 5.30pm prompt start. Formal proceedings will finish at 7pm and by followed by networking cheese and wine.
