PLA Annual Conference 2025 & 30th Anniversary Dinner & Party

The Executive Committee are delighted to invite Members to the Annual Conference and 30th Anniversary Dinner and Party of the Property Litigation Association.

We are excited to announce that in honour of the PLA’s 30^th Anniversary, this year’s Annual Conference will feature a special evening of celebration on Thursday 27 March, followed by a bumper conference programme on Friday 28 March, as we mark three decades of our Association’s achievements and progress within our profession.

Thursday evening will commence with a black-tie celebratory dinner in Keble College Hall, followed by an anniversary party in the unique setting of the Oxford University Natural History Museum including live music and dancing until late!

The Friday conference programme includes our largest ever line-up of speakers; as we welcome formidable names in the world of property litigation all keen to celebrate the success of 30 years of the PLA. We are particularly delighted that the Keynote address will be delivered by Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury; former President of the UK Supreme Court and President of the Association from 1995 to 2017.

Ticket price:
£420 plus VAT – Full attendance including accommodation
£350 plus VAT - Full attendance without accommodation
£150 plus VAT - Thursday evening dinner and party only (capped at 20 tickets)
Dress Code:
Thursday evening: Black Tie (feel free to dress to impress!)
Friday conference: Business casual

Tickets are for members only and limited to 235 for full attendance.

We believe the event will sell out in record breaking time, so tickets will only be confirmed once payment is made. Please note that you will also need to have paid your 2025 PLA membership fee to be able to book a place at the event.
