KEEPING IT REAL A Real Property Question Time Discussion

The JPLA North is delighted to join forces with the Newcastle Business and Property Court Forum to assemble a panel of leading property litigators to answer your questions on property litigation in practice.

The panel will be happy to answer your questions relating to case law, procedure, tactics and alternative dispute resolution as well as their personal experience as property litigators.

The event will be chaired by District Judge Hambler with a panel of Simon Goldberg KC of Trinity Chambers, Stephen Fletcher of Dere Street Chambers and Stephanie Jarron of Enterprise Chambers.

If your question is selected, it will be presented by DJ Hambler, who will be asking the questions on the night.

Registration for in person attendance is from 5pm for a 5.30pm start. The panel discussion is for an hour and due to finish at 6.30pm. The discussion will be followed by drinks when you will have the opportunity to network with judges, the panel members, PLA members and other legal professionals.
