Landmark Chambers' Rupert Cohen, Evie Barden, Mattie Green and Sophie Gibson will take the JPLA through the fundamentals of a terminal dilapidations claim from the perspective of both landlords and tenants, as well as giving practical tools to make the most of your expert and make strategic offers to settle. ​​

This seminar is designed to introduce key topics that are likely to crop up for property litigators. The talks will provide an overview of the legal and procedural landscape with plenty of time for questions from delegates.

This seminar will take place as a hybrid event. Please note, in person attendees are invited to arrive at 4.30pm for light refreshments and be seated ahead of the live broadcast which will start promptly at 5pm. The seminar will finish at 6.30pm and be followed by networking drinks. 

In person attendance is highly recommended so that delegates can meet the speakers and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
