JPLA Nuts & Bolts: Building Safety Part 2

In this second part of the JPLA Nuts & Bolts series on building safety, Falcon Chambers will take the JPLA through regulatory changes and compliance requirements introduced by the Building Safety Act.

This seminar will include:

• Detailed discussion on new regulatory requirements for higher-risk buildings.
• Compliance obligations for building control authorities and dutyholders.
• Enforcement mechanisms and penalties for non-compliance.

This seminar will take place as a hybrid event. In person attendees are invited to arrive at 5.30pm for light refreshments and be seated ahead of the live broadcast which will start promptly at 6pm. The seminar will finish at 7pm and be followed by networking drinks. There will be plenty of time for questions from delegates.
