JPLA Nuts & Bolts Building Safety Act Part 3

In this third part of the JPLA Nuts & Bolts series on building safety, speakers from Landmark Chambers will focus on the impact on leaseholders and residents including:

1. Protections for leaseholders from unfair costs related to historical building safety defects.

2. Rights and responsibilities of residents under the new regime.

3. Role of the New Homes Ombudsman in addressing complaints and ensuring quality standards.

This seminar will take place as a hybrid event. In person attendees are invited to arrive at 5.30pm and be seated ahead of the live broadcast which will start promptly at 6pm. The seminar will finish at 7pm and be followed by networking drinks. 

Those joining online should join in good time for the start at 6pm.

There will be plenty of time for questions from delegates.
