Former Chair of the Junior PLA, Lindsey Whittle, talks to Erina Kourtis, in-house counsel at JD Wetherspoons, about her experience as an in-house property litigator.

Erina moved from private practice to in-house at JD Wetherspoons in 2023. Erina talks about the importance for in-house property litigators of staying involved in the PLA, building and maintaining relationships with private practice lawyers and counsel and keeping up to date with changes in the law. 

The JPLA hope this interview ill encourage debate and further connections to be made between in-house property litigators, private practice property litigators and the PLA.
