Property Litigation Association Response to the Proposed Reform of the 1954 Act Consultation Paper

As members will be aware, the Law Commission recently held the first phase of its consultation into the potential reform of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The 1954 Act is of central importance to property litigators and any reform will have a significant impact on our work.

Following the recent PLA survey, the PLA Law Reform Committee has responded to the consultation on behalf of the PLA.
