On 19 May 2022 the JPLA held an insightful and well received Nuts & Bolts Training session on Cladding and Service Charge presented by Robert Brown of Selborne Chambers and Neil Maloney of My Homes Surveyor.

The training covered an explanation of the key considerations when assessing leasehold service charges and in particular their reasonableness within the context of cladding. The training had a practical as well as legal focus thanks to Neil Maloney’s experience and input.
